Ordering

How can I check the status of my order?

You can look up the status of your orders in your account profile online. Login to your account and click on the ‘Account History’ link: Order History

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via EFT, Credit Card, PayPal and cash.

I would like to pay via EFT but I cannot do this online.

No problem! Click the ‘Save Quote’ button then call or email us with the saved quote ID number. We will override the system and put this through for you. An invoice will be emailed to you when the order is complete. This ordering method also applies for cash payments.

What happens if the casting weighs differently to the estimated mass?

The weight of parts ordered online is estimated from the volume of the CAD model and the metal density. We also make a small allowance for the sprue. Once parts are devested the actual part weight is updated. Adustments are automatically refunded to your account or credit card for online payments.

Can you send my parts to another address?

Yes. You can add additional addresses to your account. In the models page, select the correct ‘Shipping Address’ and your parts will be sent there.

Can you combine multiple orders under the one postage fee?

Yes. When ordering through our online store, select ‘Combine Shipping’ as the freight and we will combine them for you. This way your will not be charged additional delivery costs.

Do you offer expedited courier service?

Yes. We use Sydney's fastest cycle messenger service for the Sydney Metro area. Beat the traffic and select from one of the express delivery options in the cart online. For interstate deliveries we use Express Post by Australia Post. Typically this is a ‘Next Business Day’ service but check that your post code is within their next day network: AusPost Next Day This is a trackable service and we will email you the tracking number upon dispatch.

What is my ‘Account Credit’?

When we recalculate the cost of a metal part based on the actual weight there may be a refund due. Not all refunds can be paid back automatically so in some cases we apply this credit as a store credit on your account. This can be used (deducted) for your next order.
